You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Loka-DEF, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

- Your misuse of the app
- Your violation of third-party rights or applicable law

Account Termination

After Termination:

- Sections of these Terms that should survive (like IP rights, indemnification, and dispute resolution) remain in effect
